America has strict Laws Protecting The privacy of Children on The Internet, namely Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) which Restricts an account on Gmail or YouTube for a Child less than 13 years of Age. Google has Developed a Concept Called API that is. designed specifically for childrenand their parents so the childrens parents can have better control of the information that their children are accessing and requires a verification log in with age.
